Made from a forgotten grape variety, Fié Gris, this wine will surprise you with its unusual character. Floral, full-bodied, and very delicate. Fié Gris is the name used along the Loire River to refer to Sauvignon Blanc rosé with white juice.

The wine expert's opinion: This white wine is a pleasant companion to a meal.

It pairs well with, among other things, foie gras, fish, and a cheese platter...
