Terms and conditions
1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the terms of booking and payment for services offered by L'Envers (meals on site, events, cooking workshops, etc.).
2. Reservation
Reservations can be made:
by telephone at 09 63 51 44 13,
by email to contact.lenvers@free.fr,
or directly at the restaurant.
All reservations imply full and complete acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3. Prices
The prices shown are in euros, including all taxes (TTC).
L'Envers reserves the right to change its rates at any time, but services will be billed based on the prices in effect at the time of booking.
4. Cancellation
In case of cancellation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
In the case of a paid workshop or event, a refund or credit note may be offered depending on the circumstances.
5. Payment
Payment is made on site by cash, credit card or any other means accepted by the establishment.
6. Responsibility
L'Envers cannot be held responsible for any damages or losses related to participation in a workshop or the consumption of food products outside its premises.
