This vintage is produced from the oldest Sauvignon vines planted on a hillside with a terroir of flinty clay and sand on clay.

With manual harvesting and direct pressing, fermentation and aging take place in 400-litre barrels for 15 months.

Sulfites used sparingly at bottling. Indigenous yeasts. Natural organic wine. 14% alc
